Es una excelente actividad me gusto mucho esta experiencia, el equipo de instrucción estuvo atento a todas las necesidades

The other tour was Albartros, I honestly didn't like it. The salesman, Freddie, all though a nice guy had not made us aware that yes snorkeling was included, however you can end up excluded because you have a medical condition such as asthma and the weather causing the current to be tougher. I would have like to be made aware. So I basically wasted money, to go to another island to sit on a beach, which I already enjoyed Cancuns Bay Resort beach for. In the brief they try to upscale sun lotion, for ours can be harmful to the fishes. However, the guy came around to collect drinks, finished or unfinished. Picked my unfinished drink, throw it in the water and said, "it's for the fishes now"... well that's contradictory ! They didn't even give quad biking around the island as a alternative replacement. They gave the swimmers a ultimatum. If you get off the boat to snorkel you can't get back on. That's not reassuring and lacked care. Maybe they see it as a "push". That can cause people to panic quicker. Photographer, nice guy yet, they don't ask if you want photos or not, so he wasted his ink and was disappointed when you said no. But that's your own choice! Not to be mean, but everyone has freewill to choose. "Plus" all drinks and food. No some drinks at the buffet lunch not all. The lady was harsh as I wasn't aware they dishes out the buffet, so when i went to get something for myself she harshly said no. Took it and dished it out for me. Could of been abit more polite. Only they softly smiled when my review wasn't the best.

INCREÍBLE Y FASCINANTE!!! Isla mujeres es un punto obligatorio cuando visites Cancún. Cómo ir? Con Albatros!! Todo desde el inicio fue fenomenal, la atención, el carisma de toda la tripulación, las drinks, la fiesta. Realmente logramos vivir el carisma mexicano, y disfrutar desde inicio a fin. La embarcación Next Wave con su host Tony fue lo mejor. Recomendado al mil!!!! Vinimos de Costa Rica para nuestra luna de miel y siendo el último Tour, no podríamos estar más contentos. Definitivamente ellos saben cómo hacernos sentir bien y recuerden….. cuando estén en Next Wave, cuídense de la mordida del mosquito ????
