This was horrible, I do not recommend this. I bought the ticket to be faster in Chichen Itza, however I lost 2 hours of my time there, because viator didn't send me any ticket, in the place they asked me if I have the ticket with qr code which I didn't get. So they told me I have to buy normal ticket and send me many times away. After two hours trying to solve the problem, being stressed, angry and hungry I finally got the chance to see my name is on the list, but still I needed to fight for the entrance ticket as I didn't receive the qr code from viator. At the I didn't enjoy Chichen Itza because of all this and I didn't have time to visit more places I planned. I could also buy normal ticket on the place, they were selling them all day. Shame on viator. I lost so much time and money for bad service. They should show some balls and return me the money as they ruined my experience... Also mind the local guides told me many people have problems with viator recently.
