This tour offers you over 1 hour at the penguin beach, over 2 hours at Cape Point to fully explore this gem and Unesco Heritage site and another 30 minutes at the Cape of Good Hope. Lunch can be enjoyed along the way (at your own expense). You can also choose to join the optional, guided hike from Cape Point to the Cape of Good Hope (approx 40 minutes, requires medium fitness & good walking shoes). After a day spent exploring, sit back in your seat and enjoy the coastal drive back to Cape Town via Scarborough and Kommetjie, with spectacular views from the Ou Kaapse Weg mountain pass. What a great tour! Louis - our guide - i a real entertainer. He gave us a lot of « worth-to-know-things ». The penguins were very nice to see as well as Cape Point and Cape of Good Hope! Thx Louis and Jade, we had a great day.

Comfortable travel, knowledgeable narrator during the drive, the scenery in both stops is beautiful and you can take your time in both stopovers. At Cape Point you have the option to either cable or walk up the hill and we also had the option to hike down to the sign at the bottom of the hill, or get driven down. A great chance to stretch your legs and enjoy the stunning outlook - my golden moment was rounding the hill and seeing ostrich - so unexpected and really made my day!

Joining an organized group, one should be able to trust their recommadations. But no, do not do that regarding these tours. Jioning this tour we were recommended a fish restaurant when having lunsj. Result: I got sick, and I am still sick 1,5 weeks later!!!! Unfortunately we also had prebooked a wine tour with the same company the following day. I tried to participate but just had to stay in the bus the whole day. Also noticed by the guide. Tried to get a refund, but no. It is also sad to have used a compant which practice bad manners regarding helping the environment. Every time they stop their busses, even for an hour(!), they keep the engines on. Somebody needs to teach them some environmental topics.
