We had the most incredible day on our Capri and Blue Grotto tour, all thanks to our amazing guide, Flavio! Staying in Sorrento, we were thrilled to find out we could join the tour directly from there. We met Flavio at the port, and from the very start, he made everything feel smooth, well-organised, and personal. Our family of four shared the boat with two other lovely families, and Flavio made sure we were all comfortable and informed. He was incredibly timely, knowing how busy the Blue Grotto can get, he got us there early and expertly navigated the queue so we were one of the first boats to arrive. The transition to the smaller tow boats looked a little daunting, but Flavio calmly demonstrated what to do and helped each of us in with care and good humour. The Blue Grotto itself was magical. As we lay back to enter through the narrow opening, our interim guide took us inside and shared the history of the grotto, finishing with an Italian song that echoed hauntingly and beautifully off the cave walls. Truly unforgettable. The rest of the day was just as special. Flavio pointed out key sights from the water, dropped us off in Capri for some self-exploration, and greeted us on return with Prosecco, wine, and fresh fruit. We rounded out the day with a stop for swimming and snorkeling in the most stunning blue waters. Flavio has been guiding for over 20 years, but his passion, energy, and love for the region are still shining bright. His English is excellent, his boat is immaculate, and he genuinely wants every guest to have a sensational day. If you’re booking this tour, cross your fingers that you get Flavio - you won’t regret it!

My daughter & I went on this fun boat tour May 2025. The captain & crew were both awesome. Spoke English & explained everything about the Blue Grotto & other sites! We were so fortunate to get to go in the grotto! We both agreed this was #1 highlight of our trip! Capri was incredible & we did do the chairlift to AnaCapri! Incredible! If you on the fence, book it! Very comfortable boat & amazing to view sites from the water❤️ missing it so much!!!
