Take your first surf lesson with us in Costa Rica and enjoy learning how to pop up, catch a wave and read them too. Our 2 hour lessons for beginner to intermediate surfers will enrich your life in ways you didn't think were possible. Surfing has been our passion for years and we feel so happy and blessed to teach surfing and share our little paradise of Uvita with you. Gain confidence in the water as you experiment with what works for you and what doesn't on your journey to become a surfer. We usually give lessons at the National Park

I took two hours of private surfing lessons and it was the best! The teacher was very patient and teach me everything about safety and all the techniques too. I learned very quickly with him. He’s the best! I 100% recommend the lessons! ????‍♀️

So many wonderful things to say about Leandro and his team! His teaching tips were super helpful (not just generic - he watches your form and coaches you individually so you have success), his safety awareness incredible, and his love for surfing and Uvita was contagious. He was able to adapt his style for super beginners as well as those ready for more independence. For those wondering about surfing in Uvita, the waves were absolutely perfect for beginners or newer surfers. I can’t imagine more perfect conditions or a better instructor!
