We break down the other Charleston and the stereo typical mind set of the institution of slavery in this country or shall I say in the Low Country Charles Towne. Were we GULLAH? Or were we AFRICANS? What was the reward for not running? How wealthy were the free People of Color?

If you want to be better informed about history of black people in Charleston, take this tour. I suggest you read up on some this history, which will be helpful as Franklin will provide deeper insights

This tour was what I expected because I did research about what this tour offers: the REAL story of Charles Town. Not your horse and buggy tour. Do your research first about the tour and make sure you know what to expect. You receive the truth but unfortunately the truth may not be what everyone wants. It may not be the tour you want but it may be the tour you need! Franklin was great. He is the tour. Made me reflect, think and sparked my interest is reading more about our HIStory. Thanks Franklin.
