My wife and I were in Charleston and had a free day and did this as some as something of a last-minute whim. I’m glad we did. Certainly worth the time. Our guide, Jessie, was delightful and extremely knowledgeable and put us at ease. We went to two different stops and picked out what seemed to be somewhat random ingredients among our people, and gave them to our chef, Natalie, who then somehow magically transformed these ingredients into a delicious multiple course meal. While we are waiting for the meal to be cooked, we took a great tour of the area and learned even more about Charleston‘s fascinating history as well as the local culture. Great experience.
