We were welcomed into the wonderful home of Gioa where we were taught step by step by the lovely Giorgia and produced a three course meal. We made pasta from scratch and were able to taste wine and vin santo from Gioa’s vineyard. Both ladies were exceptionally warm and friendly, passionate about Italian wine and food and keen to share their knowledge with us. Loved it!

Gioya ( "Joy") and Margarite were both wonderful! Joy was our primary cooking guide, and she was very nice, funny and made it a wonderful experience. We would go back to the area to see her and hope to stay at the Farm in the future!

Three American “Grannies Gone Wild” enjoyed a marvelous 3 weeks in Italy. Giorgia’s cooking class was a high point. We’re good cooks, but each learned a lot. The venue is her charming country home with beautiful views of Tuscan countryside and nearby San Gimignano. We made several dishes, including a wonderful tiramisu. We ended our day with the mouth-watering meal we prepared, a pamphlet of all our recipes plus a few more, and priceless memories. The final benefit - a new friend. Giorgia is wonderful!
