It was extremely windy and choppy and the tour guide said we would have had a rough time out in the water. I expected a refund as the stated policy said cancellation was ok for weather-related reasons. Yet the operator refused it. I do have a gift card but no clue if/when I’ll be back in Chicago so that was $100 totally wasted and I feel misled.

I sat on the rock ledge while my 17 year old grandson kayaked from Ohio Street Beach. It was awesome to see him out with the yachts on Lake Michigan, and was a great event to end our five days in Chicago!
