The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Please note that this is a self-guided private tour so you can start at any time and at your own pace
Fully Charged Devices: Make sure your smartphone is fully charged before the tour as you’ll be using it to navigate and interact with the app. Please bring a power bank if you need it.
Booking Confirmation: Confirmation will be received at time of booking along with instructions on downloading the app and starting your adventure
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Customer support was excellent. Overnight upgrade to app caused problems in using the app. It ultimately did not work on my Android. I got a full refund.

Took way to long to get help starting the app since the instructions were very vague which app to use. The weather became a huge issue with our hunt and gave up after second stop..

We had a lot of fun despite a few of the challenges not being updated. We did send the info in so hopefully it’ll be updated. Will definitely do another hunt.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
