Juan Carlos was such a great guide in our January tour we requested him for our second tour in February. Juan Carlos is extremely knowledgeable and clearly explains everything. He was happy to answer everyone’s questions, even the unending questions of an 8 year old. The scenery is beautiful as were the birds and wildlife we saw. He made sure we all got great pictures of them all. I recommend this tour as a must do.

Our guide Juan and driver Jorge were pretty awesome. We booked super last minute through our hotel. Because of this we were running a little behind. They waited for us to finish breakfast so we could begin our journey. Juan was so informative about the area and Mistico. He really pointed things out to us that I don't believe we would have seen otherwise. When we were done with our day we wanted to stop at a restaurant to eat near our hotel but too far for me to walk. Not only did they drop us off there but they also contacted our hotel to see if a hotel driver would mind coming to grab us to take us back to our hotel after our meal!! Now that is above outstanding customer service. These folks are reliable, knowledgeable and just great people! I would highly recommend and look forward to booking with them again!! Thanks guys!! Well done!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
