The driver will meet you in the main lobby driver of your hotel or villa at the designated pick up time. If he/ she is unable to locate you they will give you a call to the number provided on your reservation. The driver may grant up to five (5) minutes grace period beyond the scheduled departure.

We purchased tickets for this event, but upon arrival at the excursion, we were informed that the facility no longer offers it. I will be requesting a refund from Tripadvisor.

The beach was great the wild life area was in need of better up keep & animal enclosures. Was disappointed in that part.

I bought this ticket for Sunday 15th like It let me online and they was closed on Sundays so we got there and didnt even get to snorkal and was out of the 60$ it was extra for us all that I paid for
