About the Substation Adventure Dive
After the extensive safety briefing it's time to head to the platform of the mini-sub. The crew will assist you with the boarding process. Once inside you get some socks. Socks? Yes, the crew likes a clean sub. This unique journey starts with an even descent along the sloping drop offs down to an approx. depth of 500ft.
During the dive, you're lying on a small 'bed' with your face towards the big glass bowl which provides a perfect view of outside the sub. Experience first-hand the beautiful colors and variety of life at these depths. Take as much pictures as you want with your own camera. You will go do a depth of almost 1000 ft, to see all the amazing sea wonders that are not reached by the sunlight!
The duration of the tour is approx. 1.5 hours and during this journey the crew will take pictures of your unique experience. Not only from topside and inside the sub but also from the outside by a diver. Join us on this one in a lifetime tour and be amazed!
Safety
The safety regulations are very strict. Before the dive there will be an extensive safety briefing of approx. 30 minutes. During the journey the sub is in continues contact with the surface. The pilot will update the control centrum on the surface every 15 minutes about, oxygen, cabin pressure, depth and position.
