I was reluctant to book through a third party with Viator, but it worked out very well. The price included transfers, a guide, train ticket, snack, lunch and more. Great deal and fun experience!

They never picked me up at hotel. They called me (whatsapp) to get an Uber to avoid missing the trip.
Prior to that, I had called to customer service to ask why they were 30 minutes late, but they told me to wait for extra 15 minutes. A fee minutes before the train departure, they called to get an Uber to avoid missing the train. So I had to run by myself to the train station. Upon arrival, nobody to guide me who my tour guide was. At the end they helped me at the station, where they found a guide with 2 open spots to take us for lunch and on the return bus. Train ride was beautiful, but the overall experience using this service was disappointing. I requested a refund for the Uber and the time I wasted asking for help and calling customer service, but received a Decline refund e-mail from Viator. Attaching evidence.
