  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Transfer from airport to hotel was wonderful: prepared, very friendly, quick, comfortable etc.! 5 stars worth it! Transfer back from hotel to airport was a nightmare: Shuttle was 25 minutes late (no reason provided, to be fair: we did not ask), luggage was not secured, so it slid back and forth, hit my son; then "by surprise" we got stuck in a traffic jam (+ another 25minutes more on top) and a few minutes later, the taxi had to stop due to a flat tire! Driver poorly spoke English and we just understood that another taxi might come. 15 minutes later, the new taxi arrived, and both drivers started to yell at each other, while our time to get the flight was running. Long story short: Yes, 15 minutes before the regular departure time we made it to the gate with a lot of luck. But to get there was horrible. You might want to call it bad luck, but I wonder which incidents could have been avoided and/or could have been communicated and handled way better.

Excellent service as usual prompt clean and efficient . This is around the 4th time we have used this service and never had any problems with airport pick up and hotel pick-up ????

Had to wait for another flight to arrive of about 1hr.30mins before we were assigned a minibus. Was around 1am and we were tired so can imagine. Transfer to hotel was alright after that.
