Driver did not arrive. No calls no chat replies whartsoever!!! Made 15 chat messages and calls but no replies!!! We have to make other plans and was costly!!! Our plans ruined!!! Worst customer service ever!! Will have to refund!!!

This service is a good alternative to an airport shuttle for us to spend time around Dubai before our flights at 8 PM and 10 PM.
There was an excursion that ends at 2 PM also; but, we had seen old and new Dubai already. This service allowed us to spend our time freely. We passed areas with local people instead of just seeing tourists and vendors and shop keepers.
The driver knew his ways so he did not have to use the GPS. He was very prompt for picking us after our texts. This experience was different from our previous private vehicle service in Abu Dhabi 7 years ago (of course with a different driver). That driver dropped us a location that we did not want and disappeared. At the end of the day, we realized his disappearances were for his daily praying (not with Aviator).He could not speak English either. We are lucky this time. The driver was fluent in English, very courteous, knew his ways, and again, very prompt.
We chose a restaurant from Google and sat down for lunch for an hour. The restaurant was excellent with a very reasonable price. It had a trip advisor award. This experience could not have happened if we took the group tour.
My main and major complain was the pick up at the port, after the disembarkation. Many cruisers were told to wait at one area. We waited and waited and were very anxious. I emailed and called the company. It turned out, many drivers were waiting at the parking lot near the taxi line on the other end of the exit. I think this oversight was the responsibility of both the port and the drivers. We waited for more than an hour and the waiting cut into our tour time. Finally Aviator representative showed up and connected many of us to the drivers. I hope the port and the tour companies would coordinate in the future to make the pick up process more efficient. Otherwise I would have given thus tour a 5 star.
For the final note, I would like to thank the port staff and NCL staff for going out of their way to help us, all the cruisers, with their making phone calls, answering our questions, and assuring us while we all tried to make sense of the pick up delays.
