We pick up from all hotels in Dubai. To ensure the best sunrise views, pick-up times are early in the morning and will vary through the seasons. Please provide us with your hotel, room number and contact details for us to call you regarding the exact pick-up time. If we are unable to reach you via phone call, we will leave a written message with your reception or tour operator and have it delivered to your room. To start this company is very timely with their activities. All guides were very professional and courteous in all segments of the adventure. Our balloon captain Arturas was fantastic, funny, and informative which made the ride a lot more interactive. Plus the landing was very smooth. Our guide Naeem was on top of our every need couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The Hot Air Balloon Ride proved to be the best choice among the various "things to do" options in Dubai. Though seemingly at a higher cost than most of the other options, it is definitely worth of each dollar. I booked the trip through viator.com for the next day morning. Within an hour, I was contacted by Balloon Adventures Emirates by WhatsApp providing the details of the trip and requirements. Beware, it is a way early morning affair. We were promptly picked up from the hotel at 3.30 AM by the cheerful and jovial guide, Basheer. He entertained us with info about Dubai, its wildlife, and also the exciting trip ahead. It was still pitch dark when we reached the site in the desert around 4.30 AM. We were offered "gahwa" (Arabic coffee) and dates, and the seating arrangement to watch the amazing Drone Show. After a short introduction by Basheer, Captain Hylke gave us a briefing session, in an entertaining way, about the safety measures and instructions. Drone Show was simply superb. Then, they started blowing up the balloon with hot air, which is interesting to watch and gives some photo ops. A number of balloons coming up in the beautiful early morning twilight in the desert is a quite amazing sight. Ride in the balloon was exhilarating with the beautiful sight of the early morning sky, desert and surroundings, and amidst the excitement of the co-travelers. At the same time, handled ably by Captain Hylke, it was as smooth as a glide. Captain Hylke explained the functioning of hot air balloon, and also about the geographical features lying below. 360 degree turn in the air was so exciting and beautiful. The landing was very safe and smooth. We were picked up from the middle of the desert by Basheer, followed up by an interesting ride in vintage Land Rover to the breakfast tent. After a very good breakfast, we had a photo session with Falcon and a short camel ride. Basheer then dropped up back to the hotel. Overall, it would remain as one of the best mornings ever had.
