Paid in advance for trip. Visited Fujairah with friends from UK and travelled almost 3 hours to be here from Abu Dhabi. Called 30 minutes before our trip saying the tour was cancelled due to bad weather. The sea was calm and the sun was out. I asked for a refund and was told to come to their office which was close to an hours round trip from another hotel. On arrival I was told that they would issue a credit card refund. So not only did they cancel, they wasted my time by asking me to come in. Incredibly poor all round and I won’t be recommending or using this company in the future.
