The tour is a must-have to know the history of Ireland! And to gain access into the Book of Kells since it seems to always be sold out of entrance tickets. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and ensure no one is left behind!

Hugh was a a great tour guide- although very wordy. While I enjoyed his stories, my partner and several other people weren’t pleased that our tour was taking longer then expected due to his story telling. While we did get into Book of Kells first, we were extremely rushed through it. Also LOTS of walking. About 3 miles all and all. I didn’t feel like I got $140 (for two people) value out of this trip. Save your money and just do the book of kells and Dublin castle on your own for $100 cheaper.
