Can't say enough good things about the experience of visiting The Dublin Liberties Distillery. We were told about it by our cab driver on our way to the Teelings Distillery tour we had booked, and felt so lucky to have heard about it! The Dublin Liberties is literally on the back side of the Teelings distillery. So close, but we hadn't even heard about it until then! Teelings was great, but it's a known name and brand with reliable and tasty product. The experience is nice, with a solid tour and tasting experience at the close. We were part of a tour group of 15-20. The Dublin Liberties, was a different experience altogether. It was just me, my dad and brother, and we had a very personal, unrushed and delightful tasting with the phenomenal and super friendly bartender, trying the 5 flight tasting package. WHAT QUALITY!!! Delicious, different, exciting and educational. Definitely the best whisky I had in Ireland. GO! VISIT THIS DISTILLERY!!!! They deserve to be in every bar in Dublin (and Ireland!)!!!!

Great tour. Kelly was so knowledgeable and provided great information about the distillery, the history of the area and how the DLD whiskeys got their names etc. Great walk through all the rooms to see the stills etc and then finished off in the bar with some whiskey tasters and some more chat and banter. We finished off in the cafe for some lunch which was fantastic. All in all a great day

Après la visite plus que décevante de la brasserie Guinness, nous avons voulu voir comment fonctionnait réellement une distillerie ou une brasserie. Notre choix, au grès d'internet, est tombé sur la distillerie Liberties. Nous n'avons pas été déçus. Visite personnalisée, guide intéressant et dégustation de Whisky. A faire.
