Our trip to Egypt was truly unforgettable and far beyond anything we could have imagined. From the very beginning, the level of care, professionalism, and warmth we experienced made the journey incredibly special. At Cairo Airport, Hussein was amazing and ensured our arrival was smooth and completely stress-free.
Throughout the entire trip, all of the drivers were excellent. They were always punctual, friendly, and made us feel safe and well looked after at every stage of the journey.
In Cairo, our guide Manora was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and brought so much life and meaning to every site we visited. In Aswan, Ahmed at the airport was great and made everything seamless from the moment we arrived. The cruise ship itself was lovely, and every member of the staff on board was wonderful. Their kindness, attention to detail, and consistently excellent service made our time on the cruise extremely comfortable and enjoyable.
A very special mention must go to Salama, who was our guide throughout the entire cruise. Salama was truly incredible, and we felt genuinely looked after the entire time. His knowledge is exceptional, but what truly sets him apart is the deep pride and love he has for his people and Egypt’s history. That passion came through in everything he shared with us. His storytelling was captivating and meaningful, helping us not only understand Egypt’s ancient history but also truly appreciate it on a deeper level. Salama’s guiding style was excellent. He allowed us the space to explore sites on our own, encouraged us to go at our own pace, and was always attentive to how we were feeling, especially if we were tired. He even made small adjustments to the itinerary so we could rest when needed and fully enjoy and appreciate each day rather than feel rushed. The sunrise hot air balloon ride and the visit to a Nubian village were both Salama’s recommendations, and they ended up being some of the most memorable highlights of our trip. The balloon ride was absolutely breathtaking, and the Nubian village visit gave us a beautiful cultural insight that we will never forget.
Overall, our trip was extraordinary and deeply memorable. We feel like we learned so much while also having essential time to relax and take everything in. The service throughout was exceptional, and every person we encountered played a part in making this journey so special. It is an experience we will treasure forever.
We achieved so much during our visit with an action packed itinerary. All the stunning historic sites were visited. Ahmed was patient, honest, good-humoured and very well informed. He was intuitive to our needs and taught us so much.

Purtroppo esperienza pessima, soprattutto al check-in.
Il personale è stato maleducato, sbrigativo e poco disponibile: invece di aiutare, rispondeva con tono scocciato, come se fare domande fosse un problema.
In più, è confusissimo capire i kg consentiti e le regole del bagaglio: le informazioni non sono chiare e al banco non spiegano, ti ritrovi a scoprire tutto solo quando ormai sei lì.
Il peggio: ci hanno fatto pagare un extra per un trolley piccolissimo di una bambina (quelli mini tipo Legami), trattandolo come un trolley normale. Assurdo e sinceramente scorretto: un bagaglio così piccolo non può essere considerato come uno standard e trasformarsi in costo extra “a sorpresa”.
Tra mancanza di rispetto, regole poco trasparenti e spese aggiuntive, è stata un’esperienza che non ripeterò.
Mi dispiace dirlo perché sono marocchina e volevo anche sostenere, nel mio piccolo, l’economia del mio Paese… ma per me è l’ultima volta con questa compagnia. Mai più Air Arabia Maroc.
