I went with them to tour the pyramids for my birthday and had the best time! I had to shorten my itinerary to catch the next flight to luxor and they accommodated us. They even bought a small treat for me as a bday celebration. It was delicious!

Paid for a 10 hour tour only got 6 hours and half was spent at retail stores to try and get us to buy things so the tour guide could get kickbacks and shopping was not listed as part of the tour. So much time talking at pyramids and very little looking at pyramids .suppose to include inside viewing of the pyramids but we were told no, walked around perimeter of only 2 not all, camels were full of cuts on bridal and diseased with flies didn’t go into gyza just 1 touristic photo . We actually had to go back the next day on our own and pay again and we then realized we o my saw maybe 1/4 of what there was to see . At the museum we were toured around to the guides preference … maybe 5 highlights then given 15 minutes to look around. Saw part of 1 floor when there are 4…. Then taken back to hotel with 4 hours remaining and we were verbally forced to give a 5 star review in the car before they would pull into hotel… unreal! So this is actually my second review due to that circumstance . Can’t believe what a scam I will be requesting a refund !

It's a whirlwind, but the trip is a once in a lifetime one and one to soak in. We were able to customize what we wanted to see. Our guide Ahmed picked us up and kindly stopped to pick us up an Egyptian breakfast (which was amazing and highly recommended). Throughout the day, Ahmed gave us insightful history and incredibly helpful advice about how to navigate the area. I highly recommend a guide who can assist you. Ahmed was awesome!
