Traveler pickup is offered

Once our travelers confirm their booking , we contact them and pick them up from their hotel to the airport or the other way .
We ask for names , phone numbers , and the flight number and time from our travelers , so we make sure we avoiding potential mistakes .
There will be a representative from our company before the time waiting with a sign that has the traveler name on.
The road from the airport to the city is about 15 to 20 minutes .

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We are so glad that we booked with this company. You read horror stories about being left at the airport alone in a foreign country. My fears were unwarranted. They were there on time and very kind to us. . I would use this company again and highly recommend them. Also I was told that they do tours also and when I return to Luxor I will use them.
