Loved the style of the building, the exhibition before the lift was great. Went up to 82nd floor then 86th floor which took us outside. Fabulous views, on a clear day can see Liberty Island in the distance.

Bought tickets in advance, a must to avoid queues, new exhibitions are great, 360 views, especially at sunset, are amazing. Staff friendly and helpful.

We were blown away by the views from 86th floor. Reading about the history of the building made the experience even more interesting. There may be better observation decks in NYC but we were more than satisfied we had made the right decision to visit this iconic building. Great value for money
