The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

We offer a drop off at any hotel or Airbnb in London city centre, Heathrow Terminals and selected Heathrow hotels.
Western Docks, Dover CT17 9DQ, UK A uniformed driver will be waiting as you exit the cruise terminal. There will be a typical walk of about 100 yards to the vehicle. Your driver will be holding a sign reading "International Friends" and will accompany you to the vehicle. We plan to depart Dover at 08:30am.
This is shared transfer service using executive vehicles with maximum 8 people and 4 drop offs per vehicle to ensure a quick, comfortable transfer. We aim to begin drop offs in London from 10:30 and Heathrow from 11:00. At the time of booking please provide us with the name of your cruise ship and full address of your destination in London or Heathrow.

This service is available on all dates when Princess, Carnival and Holland America cruise ships are visiting Dover
Each person is allowed a maximum of 2 items of hold luggage (75x51x28 cm - 23kg each) and 1 item of carry-on luggage (55x40x20 cm - 10kg each). If you bring extra luggage it will not fit in the vehicle. In this instance you will be responsible for arranging separate transportation for your luggage to your cruise ship.
Should you wish to bring any mobility aids (wheelchairs or walkers) you MUST contact the operator in advance and provide full dimensions and weight. These items must be able to be folded and stored in the luggage hold. Wheelchairs must be counted as 1 item of your hold luggage.
This service is available on all dates when Princess, Carnival or Holland America cruise ships are visiting Dover.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Ride was shared in a clean, comfortable van. communicated well and met us as we debarked. Fast transfer, safe, and helpful. They will do other tours too, just ask!

Sam, the driver was on time and sought us out at the designated terminal with the arrival name card, he named places of interest such as Dover Castle as we drove out and places in London such as The West End etc. He was very professional and friendly, drove carefully and asked if we were doing OK during the journey. We had no issues with Viator or with Sam.

I would never recommend this company. We had private transportation booked from the cruise ship in Dover to our London central based hotel. The day we were booked there was a huge "mess" going on at the ferry border that impacted arrival of the driver. We understood that mess but didn't understand why the driver decided after we were all told to get in the vehicle to take 4 couples in a car that would fit 2 couples comfortable with luggage. He ended up taking the extra two couples to Heathrow and we were delivered to our hotel last ...some four hours later only to find out the driver had another pickup near our hotel. So, for his convenience we were all squished in like sardines and carrying luggage on our laps the entire way! When the driver saw that I was not happy with his decision he yelled at me that I could get out at any time!! Very frustrating and very unprofessional of the driver!
