First we were picked up late at our hotal, after having been driven through Marrakech for have an hour arguing on the phone with the agengy which told us, we were the „wrong passengers“ and that we would have to pay again if we wanted to continue, we were dropped of at our hotal again. The day was lost for us. When I tried to get my money back from Viator Agency lied and said, we had refused to get on the bus. Annoying experience!!
