Reda was an excellent safe driver. He was very personable, and respectful. Our tour guide Idrissi was very knowledgeable of the history of the sites toured. Great tour of the ancient city of Fes. We enjoyed walking through the Old Medina. Lunch was delicious. Our tour guide was very helpful. Our driver was very professional.

They waited until 9 hours to pickup time to tell me they “cancelled” the tour. Told me they would refund me. Offered me to do the same tour if I arranged and paid for the transportation myself (the most expensive part). Then proceeded not to cancel, and ignored my request for refund. Will be contacting the booking website soon, and if they can’t help, going through the bank for a chargeback.
