Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Zoom through the Arctic Circle by reindeer sleigh and make unforgettable memories in the Santa Claus Village on this safari in Rovaniemi. Visit Finland’s famous Santa Claus Village with a guide and spend a little quality time in Santa’s company. After lunch, snowmobile into the Arctic wilderness to a reindeer farm and enjoy a traditional reindeer sleigh ride. This 6-hour tour includes pickup and drop-off at selected Rovaniemi hotels.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The afternoon was so enjoyable ...santa in scv is so bad...nic was brilliant he was great with us on trip...half the day was just walking around scv.

It was a group of 50 people. When we arrived at santas Village they had changed our time (guide wasn't aware) so we had to go que will ALL the general population (on Christmas eve) if we wanted to do that.
Then lunch was hectic and not great.
Then we got to the snow mobile place, 50 people plus the other groups crammed into a small room to b given instructions and get the clothes and change all in this 1 area. It was insane. And more groups kept coming in.
Then we were at the back of the snow mobile convoy, but just behind the kids in a sled. So we couldn't go faster then 10kms. While all the parents at the front took off.
Road the mobiles to the reindeer place, once again we're all crammed into a hut with a lovely fire that everyone who was at the front of the line hogged while the rest of us stayed frozen.
Then we had a literal 5 min reindeer sleigh ride to then jump back on the same mobile staying in the same order (as in behind the kids) to go back to the tiny room so everyone can get changed.
Then we made a complete detour when we finally left to head back to their office to drop a family off.
Would have been cheaper to do these activities on our own, and definitely don't recommend doing it on Christmas eve.
