Loved the easy layout of the different areas and noticed multiple restrooms/ food locations and the designated smoking areas for those to use if need/desired. Staff persons were easily recognizable and friendly/ helpful to those noted in need/answering questions

We had a great day. Both attractions were fun for the kids. They had a fun-filled day. we stared at the Zoo and ended the afternoon at the Aquarium

Both the zoo and the aquarium could not scan the pass that I brought. My ticket had no QR code on it for them to scan. It took me over 30 minutes to get in both locations which really took the time away from our enjoyment. Next time I will just buy separate passes on site. I wouldn’t recommend this pass to anyone
