Comment découvrir un des trésors de la Martinique, aller au devant de gens passionnés et chaleureux? Passer 15 jours de vacances à la Martinique n'aurait pas de sens si l'on ne s'intéresse pas à la production de Rhum. Le séjour rhumier proposé par la distillerie 1710 a rempli toutes nos espérances. Hébergement de qualité dans l'habitation du Simon, accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Découverte de la production du rhum: participation à la coupe de la canne à sucre, broyage au moulin, mise en cuves de fermentation, distillation, emplissage des bouteilles et pose des étiquettes. Un diaporama et une dégustation ont aidé à appréhender la richesse aromatique et la complexité de ce travail. Ce séjour en famille: grands parents, enfants et petits enfants a ravi tout le monde et le plus jeune, âgé de 5 ans, avait à coeur tous les matins de monter au chai ou à la distillerie. Séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre d'époque, équipe attentionnée, heureuse de faire partager ses passions, accueil chaleureux. Le ti'punch aura maintenant une autre saveur
