I'm Francesca, passionate about cooking and gastronomy. I learned the art of fresh pasta from my grandmother in her pasta shop, where we started to host this experience. Then I moved it at my house, a true pasta workshop in a beautiful villa on top of the hills, with a stunning view of Florence. I founded “Francyspasta” in 2017, that won several Airbnb Experiences awards, and changed completely my life in better.Time after time I created a group of passionate hosts like me, and now we are a crew of pasta makers, Gaia, Luisa, Tommaso, all very special people who will make our time together unique, in the magical atmosphere of our workshop-house, full of love, light and art in the heart of our splendid Tuscany.

A truly magical evening in Florence! Francesca is wonderful and made the entire process easy and fun. The food was absolutely delicious. A highlight of our trip to Italy. Can't recommend this cooking class enough!
