Had a one day layover in Addis Ababa and wanted to spend it wisely with checking out the most important sights. Thanks to my guide Wondiye I managed to reach my goal and I had an amazing time. During the trip he diligently explained history, culture, culinary and everyday life in details in Ethiopia, really took the extra mile to give me a great experience! Fully recommend to everyone.

We had just one day in Addis and spent it with Biruk of Merit Tours. He did a great job of sharing the city with us - there’s no way we could have packed so much in, and in comfort, on our own. Our traipse through the market was a real highlight, as was our lunch and coffee ceremony. Thank you for making our short stay memorable, Biruk.

We were able to book a full-day private day tour of Addis Ababa with less than 24-hours notice (they were able to tailor the tour to our specific interests). Having lived in Addis Ababa for a number of years for work, I was looking to arrange a tour for my visiting nephew. I was very impressed with the authenticity of the tour. We hit all of the typical highlights in Addis Ababa, had lunch with a local family, visited the Merkado Spice vendors, and the Entoto Overlook. Our guide, Zele, was very informative and had a great sense of humor. The driver was very professional and knew his way around Addis with no problems at all.
