My wife and I took the Savanah History Walking tour that was led by Rodney. It was the highlight of our trip to Savannah. Rod was immensely knowledgeable about the historic area; he was articulate, entertaining and very approachable. His presentation was replete historical facts, stories and explanations. It was a pleasure to spend the 2+ hours with him and the group. All in all a most wonderful time.

Our guide was Bradford and he was incredible! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Remembered everyone in our group’s name and where they were from from a simple introduction and incorporated that into some of the stories told during the evening. It was incredible to hear Savannah’s dark history and the experiences of some previous travelers who have taken this tour. Although we didn’t see anything during our tour, the presence was definitely around us in many of the locations we went to. It is a lot of walking, but there was plenty of stops and it was never rushed or at too fast a pace. We had people of all ages in our group and no one had a hard time keeping up. The headsets are an excellent addition so you have no trouble hearing the guide. I’m glad I did a lot of research prior to our trip and chose this tour. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Savannah!
