What an amazing experience in Tbilisi! We did the cooking class on our first night in Georgia and were so glad we did, as we learned a lot about traditional Georgian dishes. We were met outside their apartment building and brought up to their cozy apartment, where we proceeded to learn to make a number of delicious Georgian dishes. It was the perfect amount of hands on cooking and prep work, while some ingredients were already pre-prepped for us. The food was so delicious and we even got to have some homemade wine with our dinner. The best part was talking with Maia, Nina and their incredibly smart son/grandson over dinner. We learned so much about life in Georgia and were so thankful for the insight we received. We even received a extremely well produced cookbook with the recipes for what we cooked, along with recipes for other Georgian dishes. You will not regret this class! It was such a memorable experience!
