Our tour guide/driver, Stuart, was incredible and made the entire experience. This tour was definitely a highlight from my time in Belfast. Stuart was super knowledgable AND funny. I cannot believe all the information he knew about Belfast, Game of Thrones, and Giants Causeway (I loved his story about how the Giants Causeway came to be). This trip is WELL WORTH the money - I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to explore a bit outside of Belfast; hopefully you get Stuart as your guide because he was truly the best.

We did NOT book this tour through TripAdvisor. Our tour was booked with BELFAST PRIVATE TOURS and never happened. Our confirmation stated that the tour would leave the pier “30 minutes “ after the gangway was lowered, and according to the tour company, it did. However, because we had to go through immigration on the ship that morning, we didn’t get off until approximately 55 minutes later. Circumstances beyond our control, and we did everything possible to get off the ship At our earliest. We did get to take the tour however. We found a lovely private limo driver on the pier who helped us secure a private car for the day. The price was less than we originally paid (and we will be reimbursed) and our driver, Thomas, was EXCELLENT Bottom line — great tour, lovely experience in the end, but a TERRIBLE beginning.

De ideale manier om Noord-Ierland op een aangename manier te verkennen. Gavin is een fantastische gids. Tussen de grapjes vertelt hij een heleboel over de geschiedenis van (Noord-)Ierland. Hij maakt er een erezaak van om iedereen te leren kennen. Hoogtepunt was de Giant’s Causeway.
