  • Our legendary "Canyon Snack Bag" has all the calories you need to power you out of the canyon. Peanut M&Ms, granola bars, mixed nuts, beef jerky, peanut butter pretzels, Paydays, and much more.
  • Please wear appropriate footwear such as hiking boots, trail runners, or running shoes with tread. No flat bottom shoes, sandals, or open toes. You are hiking the Grand Canyon.
  • Gratuities of 10 to 15% are greatly appreciated.
  • Please bring light hiking clothes and not heavy fabrics like denim.
Departure Point

Traveler pickup is offered

We pick up at ANY hotel or any address you want in Northern Arizona. We will coordinate a proper pickup time for the time of the year your hike falls on. We will call within 48 hours to set up your time and place of pickup. We have free pick up from Williams, Flagstaff, and Grand Canyon in our clean Honda Odysseys. We do NOT pick up in Sedona as that is too far away. The drive from Sedona to GC is about 2 hours.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

A great experience for my family. Our guide Kevin did a great job giving us tips to successfully navigate the trail. He also showed us some very nice places for pictures. He was also patient with us all since not everyone had the same confidence on the hike. Very highly recommend.

I have hiked many times prior to this trip, although I was traveling with young adults and wanted a local professional to lead the way. It was a great decision. The summer temperature was very moderate but the sun is strong. Doing a late afternoon hike until sunset was ideal. Our guide Kevin was more than perfect!

We had the most amazing day. Kevin was an incredible guide. Two of us had a fear of heights. He made sure we were both very comfortable and stayed by our side the entire time. Kevin even made us lunch on the trail! I can't thank Only Grand Canyon Day Hikes enough for arranging this hiking tour for us and thanks to Kevin for giving the four of us a most awesome and unforgettable experience.
