Simply breathtaking What a hike…tough, beautiful and so worth it. Our guide Vasilis and Nikos were amazing. Nikos arranged everything, even looked after our car keys to make sure it didn’t get misplaced during the hike. He provided walking poles and picked us up after the hike, even offered to take us back to the hotel if we were too tired to drive. A lovely person. Vasilis our guide was a sweetheart, he looked after us really well. We are very experienced hikers with good shoes. Etc but now in our 60’s and appreciated the care he took of us. Due to some misunderstanding we did not bring lunch. Vasilis gave us delicious home made cake, enough to give us the energy to complete the hike properly. He even found an easy way to avoid the rocks on our way up from the Voidomattis spring. Would love to do a longer trek with him and nikos next time.
