This company helped book our trip. They are super flexible and will help you with anything you need. When we had questions we messaged them on what’s app and they always got back to us very quickly. We didn’t realize that the travel time from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay was 3 hrs by car. How everyone drives in Hanoi didn’t not sit well will us on the way there. We decided to take a sea plane back. I highly recommend this to anyone who does Ha Long Bay. You get an aerial view of the bay and it’s insanely beautiful. This company booked a car from the port to the plane and then an airport transfer from Hanoi airport to our hotel. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. They are very organized and will get you to where you need to go.
