We were greeted by a gentleman holding a name signwho proceeded to give us a lei, say welcome to Kona, shuttles are over there and enjoy your stay. Hardly worth what was charged.

The company was ready and waiting for us even though our flight was early. It was definitely memorable as I have never been to Hawaii before. It made arriving to Hawaii extra special!

Don’t trust this company at all, a mistake was made, not sure by who, us, them the system, not sure, but we received an email say we didn’t show up for our lei greeting’s and if we called within the week they would work it out with us, we’ll that was bull, they told us because we ordered it through trip advisor they couldn’t fix it, our point was why did they say they would if they never had any intention on helping us, needless to say they took our $150 dollars laughing all the way DONT GET FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A RIP OFF
