This dune buggy tour starts from the reception of Carola Lodge located at Av. Angella Perotti, 11000 Huacachina. The tour starts at 16:00 pm and once in the vehicle we make sure everyone has the seatbelts on and start this awesome experience. We drive through Huacachina's Desert and stop in the top of huge dunes for you to use the basic sandboards. The whole activity lasts 2 hours, ending with a gorgeous view of the sunset. Important: You will need to pay an entrace fee to the desert which is 4 soles per person (local currency).

    Huacachina is a desert located in Ica region. It has huge dunes and with a dunebuggy tour we will take a 2 hour ride through it to really enjoy it. Before enter the Huacachina deser each participant will pay 2 soles (local currency).

  • Minimum age is 8 years.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

Super fun! Glad I did it. The dunes are so crazy with buggies but the sand goes on forever - it seems.

Realmente muy mala experiencia, el cobro fué excesivo, 58 USD, cuando otras personas en nuestro mismo grupo pagaron 30 USD por dos personas. Aparte de eso, la experiencia comenzó 20 minutos tarde, y para completar, nos dejaron en el carro parqueados otros 22 minutos con la excusa de recoger a dos pasajeros que nunca llegaron. NO COMPREN por Internet, mejor lleguen a huacachina y negocian con los locales.

Encontrar esas dunas fue increíble, un paisaje muy distinto al resto. La experiencia de los buggy fue muy divertida y también las tablas. Recomiendo llevar anteojos para protegerse de la arena. El oasis me decepcionó un poco, me imaginaba algo más sorprendente. No dormimos ahí.
