Hi there, I'm Andrew owner of Wavecrest Surf School. I've surfed for 35 years and been teaching surfing for 16 years here in Jbay. We like to keep it real, it is not about making a pro, it's about introducing everyone (young or old) to a way of life, the fun, the love of the ocean the excitement from every wave. My son (10) did the surfing and he said his instructor was the best and kept encouraging him. He is already asking me when we will be back again.

Trois leçons de deux heures chacune que j'ai adorées. L'ambiance de cette école est formidable. Tout est fait très sérieusement mais sans se prendre au sérieux. Les moniteurs sont amicaux et très compétents. Bref on se sent bien. Merci à Andrew et à toute son équipe. Ma première expérience de surf restera gravée dans ma mémoire.

Andrew and his team are excellent when you want to learn how to surf. They have lots of patience. I feel like part of the family.
