A great experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the morning and loved the 4 different things we made, scones, soda bread, home-made butter and an Irish Coffee. Great value for money. Mary and Carmen were delightful, highly recommend

We had so much fun during our baking class. You get to make scones along with the Irish Soda Bread and then have a tea party at the end of class. Carmen and Mary were so enthusiastic about baking, Irish history and culture, sharing personal stories throughout the morning. I would definitely recommend this class and would do it again when I go back to Ireland. This experience was one of our favorites during our trip.

GRAND! Just grand! Mary and Carmel are the best ambassadors of Irish hospitality that we have found yet. They love what they do and make a fine balance between the art and science and history of this Irish tradition. Learning to mix and bake is just a part of your experience. Sharing the scones and bread and Irish Coffee (!!! A real treat ) and conversation was the most memorable. Sure the fairies were in attendance as well!
