It was so much fun to do this with my friends. We learned a lot about the history and easy technique of making Irish bread. The ladies, Carmel and Mary, were fun, knowledgeable and just sweet.

Such a fun experience with two lovely Irish ladies Carmel and Mary. We got to take home our scones and brown bread and even some of the butter we made! Got some history lessons too! Delightful

2 wonderful teachers who guided us through the baking process; sharing great stories and anecdotes along the way. Had a wonderful time and can now finally make a decent scone
