Not a good experience. Booked and tried canceling 2 days prior. I was unable to cancel for a full refund even through the cancelation policy says you must cancel with 24 hours of your start time. Additionally, I wasn’t able to get ahold of the tour operator for a location and time to meet. I asked repeatedly for someone to call me and no one did. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I will be not only disputing this charge with my credit card, but also writing a google review.

This was absolutely positively our FAVORITE part of our trip to Holbox. Make sure you request that Manu surprise drenches the kids. My kids loved it and we all belly laughed for quite some time. Thank you Manu!
