    Tour aimed at everyone who wants to spend a day at sea and get to know the Island of Elba from a unique point of view! Starting from Marciana Marina, depending on the weather conditions, we will paddle 3 hours along the coast to the west towards the beach of Cala di Sant'Andrea or along the coast to the east towards the Island of Paolina, choosing one of the beaches of the Gulf of Procchio or of the Gulf of Biodola (with 3 stops).
  • Spiaggia di La Cala, Marciana Marina, Italy
    La Cala beachis very pretty and sits in the north eastern side of Elba, in the hamlet that bears the same name, between Marciana Marina and Sant'Andrea. It is a beautiful beach that is set like a jewel in one of the greenest and lushest coasts on the island. Since it is neither easy to find or even to get there, La Cala beach is always very quiet, and even in peak season it is perfect if you want peace and quiet to relax. We stop here for a swim!

    The tiny beach of Cotoncello sits right inside the gulf of Sant'Andrea but on the opposite side. This beach, consisting of white sand, sits in a beautiful, tiny inlet and is yet another jewel along the coast of Elba, and can be described as a "sitting room" for swimming and sunbathing in. It is surrounded by smooth, white granite cliffs that connect it to the beach of Sant'Andrea. We stop here for lunch and sure for swimming!

    This beach is very nice, since it is made up of light grey, granite sand and the sea is turquoise and crystal clear. There are several bars and restaurants right on the beach. We stop here for take a break before the return.

I can only reiterate what others mentioned before: This is a fabulous tour provider, Alice and Giuseppe are an excellent team, and I can only recommend their tours: I had already joined a day tour with Giuseppe in July and wanted to join the last Elba circumnavigation of the season at the end of September: Well, everything was different than expected, but nonetheless fantastic, a week to remember. On Sunday the tour was canceled due to expected storms; on Monday morning I was already out on the water, paddling to Capo d’Enfola, beautiful weather, dolphins on the horizon, what a start. We had a thorough navigation session on Tuesday when the storm hit the island, an adventurous two-day excursion to the East coast with a lovely small group and lots of waves and fun/adrenaline and an overnight stay on a stunning beach (not to forget the excellent food—and Tuscan wine!), training sessions in the port on Friday, and another excursion on Saturday to Sant’Andrea, serene and without the high-season crowds. I learned a lot; Giuseppe is an experienced and skilled guide, I always felt safe, despite some challenging conditions, the equipment with carbon kayaks is a delight, great company, you really cannot ask for more. I cannot wait to come back, grazie mille!

Un viaggio che permette di scoprire le meravigliose coste dell'isola, di apprendere l'arte della navigazione, della meteorologia, le tecniche e la storia del kayak. Dopo un'intensa giornata di navigazione passata a conoscere il mare, ammirare l'isola e immergerti nelle sue acque incontaminate, la possibilità di dormire sotto le stelle e di lasciarti cullare dal suono delle onde è davvero indescrivibile. Un'esperienza davvero unica ed autentica resa possibile e impreziosita dalla sconfinata passione e dalla simpatia di Giuseppe e Alice che hanno inevitabilmente contagiato tutti con il loro amore per il kayak e per l'Elba. Durante un giorno di navigazione abbiamo incontrato mare mosso ma l'esperienza e la capacità di Giuseppe hanno infuso sicurezza a tutti, grazie ai suoi consigli e alla sue attenzioni si è rivelata una vera sfida, sia con se stessi che con la potenza del mare, ma senza rinunciare al divertimento e all'apprendimento in sicurezza. Ciò che mi ha colpito non sono solo la sua perizia, esperienza e professionalità ma la sua voglia di trasmettere ed insegnare, che sono doti davvero rare e preziose e che hanno permesso ad ognuno di noi sia di godersi appieno la traversata che di tornare a casa con la sensazione, anzi la certezza, di esser stati davvero arricchiti dal viaggio e della sua conoscenza. Ci vedremo sicuramente anche l'anno prossimo.
