Lo staff del Diving in Elba è molto gentile! Non avevamo fatto SUB da due anni e ci hanno aiutato a rinfrescare la teoria e sentirci sicuri sott'acqua. Ci siamo divertiti!

BATTESIMO DEL MARE con Diving in Elba sede di PROCCHIO... esperienza a dir poco emozionante ed indimenticabile grazie al personale molto qualificato e professionale, il briefing prima dell immersione è stato eccellente grazie a Federico, istruttore molto preparato che con grande disponibilità fuga ogni dubbio prima ancora che ti venga, il secondo grazie va a Fabrizio che mi ha guidato durante tutta L’ immersione in pratica mi ha trasmesso sicurezza solo con la sua presenza e riesce a capire immediatamente se hai qualche problemino... praticamente mi sono sentito in sicurezza prima e durante L immersione. una grande squadra che consiglio vivamente a chi vuole immergersi per la prima volta in TOTALE SICUREZZA! semmai tornerò all’isola Elba il diving di Procchio sarà tappa assicurata.

Ho portato amici in visita dall’estero al centro di sub dopo aver concordato orario e prezzo con il proprietario su Whatsapp. Dal momento in cui i abbiamo messo piede al centro (10 minuti in ritardo perché non si trovava il posto) il trattamento da parte del manager è stato preoccupante perché molto aggressivo e maleducato. Prima ha detto che la barca era piena e che la prenotazione non era stata fatta. Una volta mostrati i messaggi di Whatsapp con la conferma della prenotazione, l’accesso è stato approvato ma con rancore. L’escursione è avvenuta su una barca molto piena e due dei miei amici sono stati costretti a fare l’immersione con un principiante a soli 12m anche se entrambe con almeno 4 e 11 immersioni sul patentino. Al ritorno dell’escursione, uno di noi è stato rimproverato gravemente per non aver sciacquato bene la maschera dalla sabbia… Ma la cosa peggiore è che al momento del pagamento il prezzo è stato alzato dal quello concordato con il proprietario su Whatsapp grazie all’aggiunta di una tariffa per principianti mai stata menzionata prima. Esperienza poco piacevole e non raccomandata.
