Must do on the island of Ischia! Cooking experience was in a beautiful courtyard with an outside wood burning stove. The love of pizza making radiated from chef, Andrea. The class included instruction in making fried pizzas, Neapolitan pizzas & desert pizzas. Directions & tips were provided in brochures for your home cooking. Unexpectedly, I was graciously asked to stay for dinner with his lovely family! I couldn’t have felt more welcomed. A truly incredible Italian experience you do not want to miss!
