Cannot recommend taking this class with Giuseppe enough! Giuseppe is a fabulous chef and instructor, and our family spent a wonderful day at his family’s mill, learning, cooking, and devouring a four course meal. I’m a vegetarian, and he made sure that we prepped recipes that also fit within my dietary requirements, or made sure to prepare an alternative (I.e., vegetable sauce rather than meat ragu). Beautiful location; really, not to be missed if you’re in this part of Tuscany.
