Just did the tour yesterday. Rooster was our tour guide. As a customer service manager, he is TOP NOTCH. Not sure what the other guides are like but he made the tour. I learned more from him than most of my college professors. Well educated on the product, charisma and made the tour so dang fun. We purchased several bottles and got some engraved. This is a great tour that teaches not just the processes they use but the history and family of No. 7. Will recommend to all friends and family

Just had a great time - was much like various other distillery tours (informative,interesting,new things I didn’t know ) so really a great tour! Kath was out tour guide and was great interactive with our group and very professional!
