The driver, drive and safety was top notch. Fully recommend the tour operator and driver.
However, the experience at dinner at Choki Dhani on that specific day, Saturday Aug 13, the place was packed to the hilt due to local tourists from Agra and Delhi being able to travel on a long weekend (15th Aug, Independence day). That place is all chaos when it is jam-packed but I can see wheee it would be a cool place to hang out, eat good food, and experience a 'local fair' with family and friends.
I'd recommend a visit for the experience but I'd caution attendance during overcrowded days. A local guide should know in advance. Kids should have fun too; lots of activities of the physical and visual nature.
The food is yummy, but just not a relaxing or fun experience when you're jostling hundreds.
Pro Tips:
#1: when doing the Rajasthani dinner, take 2-3 items and go find a table. There are servers/runners to bring you whatever you need once you've sat down. Pay one of them a Rs. 100 tip when you sit so he focuses on you and enjoy being served, eating food good and not being hassled by the long lines.
#2: book the dinner in advance, i.e., pay for it online and skip the entrance madness.
