  • Staff will be holding a sign with the name used for booking at the arrival hall
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver was very late, no excuse, not making any effort to join us at arrival and we had to meet him first at fast food place and then inside the car park with 83 year old grand mother. ! Unbelievably unprofessional!!! We booked baby car seat and it was not there !! And also car had no petrol !! What a terrible experience, not worth the price at all!
